$275.00 Deposit due in order to book.
High Season rates apply during the months of June, July, August, & September and during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays.
Low Season rents apply all other times.
Minimum rental of 1 week for the months of June, July, & August, AND also the following Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year Holidays
3 Day minimum for all other stays.
Total due one month prior to occupancy.
